Description

An opportunity to realise you are not alone.

Open to anyone and providing opportunities to talk and listen to others.

A safe space free of judgment and misunderstanding.

Find new ways to cope with the situation.

Meet like-minded people.   

Canberra ACT – Every first and third Wednesday evening from 6pm – 8pm.

Support groups run throughout the school holidays, except on public holidays:
