‘Chat to PAT’ (Pathways to Assistance and Treatment) is a purpose-built mobile clinic that provides wrap around support to marginalised Canberrans who can’t easily access health services, including people who are homeless or experiencing significant disadvantage.

The service is provided by a multi-disciplinary team which includes GPs, nurses, counsellors and mental health practitioners. The team provides primary health, mental health, drug and alcohol support and case management.
Overall, PAT provides a safe and trustworthy place for people to access care across the ACT, five days a week at six different locations, including large public housing complexes, Veterans Park and the Early Morning Centre.
