The Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Outreach Program provides specialist AOD pre-and post-outreach treatment supports in flexible settings (phone, face to face meetings or group work). Clients are allocated a AOD specialist case coordinator to develop personal goals and individual treatment plans. In addition, the post-treatment Outreach Program offers clients an additional eight weeks to continue their case management support service with their case worker after finishing a Toora residential program. The program team also visit facilities such as the Alexander Maconochie Centre (AMC) and detox units.
